Let's get twisted! #deskyoga With feet flat in the floor, take a full inhale as you sit up straight. Imagine yourself getting a little taller as the bones of your spine stack from the tailbone up towards the top of your head. As you exhale, take your twist. Do your best to keep your chin parallel with the floor. Stay in the twist for a few gentle breaths, noticing if the twist changes as you are there. On the inhale, return to centre. Again pause to notice any change between each side and then exhale and twist to the other side. Repeat a few time to help out your back as you work hard today! 💕

Speaking of growth, I'll be teaching this Wednesday at 7pm, Friday 6am, and starting Saturday I'll be teaching 11:30am classes all at @purushyoga. #transformationtuesday the bottom pic is from about 3 maybe 4 months ago, the top is from a few weeks ago. @artsy_blue recently pointed out my backbend progress and i didnt even notice until I compared the two. Back bends are something I've always been proud of, but I love seeing this progress. I did nothing different, i just do them alot without even thinking. Amazing where you can go with your practice by just doing it. Thinking about really buckling down and training my flexibility harder and doubling this progress.👌 PC: @artsy_blue 💙 #progress
