Today i did an easy session at the gym as my routine will have to change while i am on holidays. I did squats, a badly needed deload: 130x1, 140x3x2; belt squat 40x15x2 Then hours later i did this yoga session which was 24 mins long and it was the 13th day of #easeintoit#30daysyogachallenge . Still very hilarious to see myself how badly i do this but it is good for me and i feel great afterwars. #yogaforbeginners#yoga#yogawithadrienne#stretching#feelgood
God morgon! I dag tog jag mig upp ur sängen, utan att somna om till 10-11 som jag gjort de senaste dagarna. I dag började jag dagen med att starta tekokaren, gjorde en kopp te, tände ljus, gjorde 5 minuter morgonyoga, gjorde mindfullness och tillsist avslutade med denna övning innan jag drack teet som jag började dagen med att koka. Lärde mig denna övning på KBTn 👍 __________________________________ I dag fortsätter jag vila då jag fortfarande känner mig skör men det känns trots allt bättre ❤ Dessutom fick jag hjälp och stöd av försäkringskassan igår, som jag inte väntat mig och har därför fått upp hoppet igen. #yogawithadrienne day 8 "practice serenity" was exactly what I needed tonight. I worked late, felt tired and overall worn out but still wanted to move my body, even just a little bit. My tired body & mind lining up with day 8 was beyond perfect! Thank you @adrienelouise for making something so powerful and accessible. And doing it with jokes and smiles 😂🙏🏼

Ok, I've been going strong on my 2017 goals, but wanted to check in and modify them a bit. I'm currently signed up for 3 #dietbet competitions and on track to #win all of them! I've been logging to myfitnesspal everyday, even when I have gone waaaaay over on my calories... hello 2700 calories... but it's helped me come back to focus and move on. So really proud of myself on that one. And I've been drinking water like a champ, and reduced my Diet Coke consumption down to about 2 a day, which might sound like a lot, but I was up to about 6/day, so it's all relative! And finally, 2 #bbg workouts a week. So i haven't done a single workout with bbg, but I did start a yoga challenge with #yogawithadrienne and I'm loving it. I'm currently on day 6 and feel so focused and excited to do it each day. So overall, #winning but with a few modifications! Hope you guys are doing great! Decided to (finally) start the #yogawithadrienne 30 day challenge. This is day 2, focussing on #intention .
