Super yummy dinner for 7sp. I need to eat fish more often because it is delicious and so low in points! Only 1sp for 4oz of flounder 😍 then 1/2 cup uncles bens brown rice for 3sp. I also had kale salad and ketchup which added the extra 3sp. Finishing at 36/34 which I'm a little frustrated about because I gave in to a drug rep lunch at work today but it could have been a lot worse!
How I'm feeling right now. I don't go,yo my meeting and weigh in until Saturday, but I'm a curious person and usually check my progress once or twice at home thru the week. I checked yesterday and just now and my scale says that I'm up, and up by a significant amount to. And I know that it happens some times and I know it could be wrong, but seriously? Wtf?! I've been within my dailies all week, drinking water, ECT. Wtf. Last week I last 7 lbs! ( which was really for two weeks, I know) but I just don't understand how I could be up right now. Ugh. Frustrated. Still going to stick with it, just annoyed. End Rant. Blah.
Quick snacky lunch today! Haven't figured sp yet, but I had some turkey pepp + wheat thins + ww string cheese 🧀 + unswt apple 🍎 sauce w/cinnamon + @lunabar protein bar + fruit leather from @youlovefruitleather. The fruit leather was in my @lovewithfood box 📦 and it was yummy and only 2 ingredients!
Meanwhile, back in orgasmic food land...my bagel breakfast sandwich says hello...(6sp) . Western Bagel Perfect 10 Everything Bagel, toasted (3sp) 2 egg whites, scrambled well in a mug with Mrs dash onion and herb seasoning and microwaved for approx 1 minute (0sp) 2 slices Trader Joe's fully cooked, uncured apple smoked bacon (2sp) 1/8 cup (or .5 oz) reduced fat Mexican blend shredded cheese (1sp)
