Something everyone asks me about- is being covered. Honestly, I think it's crazy in the United States that a woman's nipples are seen as sexual but a man's aren't. The world over a woman's body is judged and policed. I don't want to speak of or about any other woman and her choices. I love fitness because it empowers each person to celebrate her body, her beauty, her existence. She matters, no matter what she is or isn't wearing. Stop telling women they're equal if she's expressing something different. Just listen. Respect and love her. ❤
Some favorites from leg day (low weight high reps)...cable pull throughs, split squats with back foot elevated on the smith machine and hip thrusts! Today I am working shoulders/abs/cardio before a little meal prep action 🙃🙂
Don't beat yourself up if you've over indulged somewhat during the weekend. These things happen. . In the same way that one meal won't get you lean, it's unlikely that one meal or one day is going to result in a great deal of fat gain. Guilt is a wasted emotion - simply get back to your plan when you can. . Most importantly, DON'T slash your calories or double your activity levels in the hope of playing 'catch up'. Starving yourself and running yourself into the ground is taking yourself a step closer towards disordered eating and that is by no means sustainable. Get back to your plan. No slashing calories. 🚫 No double sessions. 🚫 And definitely no extra cardio. 🚫 . Sh*t happens. One bad day doesn't need to become one bad week, or month, or year. Get back on track, stay focused and trust your journey. #TeamOTFit

When I was first introduced to Smart Goals, I thought it was a silly process. Now I live by them. I set weekly, monthly, and yearly goals and then I write that shit on my bathroom mirror with a dry erase pen. BADASS LEG DAY! you guys I have been so productive!!! this weekend i finished my ACE lessons!! And today ~ 205 LB LEG PRESS FOR MY LAST SET. hell freakin yes. That's two more goals down!! And that last set didn't even feel bad. Like I felt totally solid on it. 💪 i'm just feeling good about my progress. and also pretty proud of myself for getting to the gym even though there was snow trying to stop me #fuckyousnow anyway ~ it was a solid workout day and i'm on the shuttle to work cause it snowed like fuck up the hill where i work & I will definitely not be driving up there cause I don't like my job enough to risk my life for it. if you wanna see lots of white bullshit you should look at my personal insta @thetiffanyyyy cause i'll def be complaining about it on there 😂 full workout was~ 11 mins treadmill hiit 27 mins leg day circuit 17 mins kettlebell hiit good luck on your Mondays ✌
