👣 Thinking back on when I first started hiking.. #Tbt Okay now...summer is around the corner and you know what comes with that.This was last year summer when I wore a bikini 👙 for the fist time in my life👏🏽👏🏽😍.Yeah, you heard it right. First time and I loved it 😍😍!! Prior to that I had a million body issues.I was overweight since my childhood plus bikini was no where to be found on my bucket list😜.Anyho, I always admired those who wore them regardless of their body size or shape. I never thought it was meant for me though. ...and then I started a healthy and fitness lifestyle and everything changed. I became more confident as my body changed and I realized that I can do anything I set my mind into. All I needed is get off my comfort zone and work hard 😓 even when the results were not forthcoming. This experience taught me the importance of patience and discipline. It also taught me that nothing is impossible...impossibility exists in our minds. Ok I was majorly on the struggle 🚌 tonight. I just could not get into my workout or really working out at all. I was moving slow and just tired. I told myself to get through 2 sets and just finish with cardio until I reached 20 minutes. Something was better than nothing. Maybe later if I get a jolt of energy I'll walk on the treadmill more...aye aye aye 🙃.
