You know what I love about Beachbody...I mean like on an honest level from my heart... It's just science 🔬⚗️. If you struggled with weight and your doctored told you you needed to lose weight or your health was at risk, the doctor would say to "change your eating habits and incorporate daily activity into your routine". That's exactly what I've done, along with the support of a pretty freaking awesome community of people holding me accountable and motivating me. And my daily dose of superfoods 😜😍🌱 THAT'S why I joined Beachbody, that's why I love what I do as a coach, that's why I'm passionate about this journey, these people, and these programs. Yes they're incredible tools to change your life but it still puts it in YOUR hands! If you don't do the work and make the changes, you won't get the results you want. So in the course of the process, you're training yourself and changing your life. It's so simple. 💪🏽❤
First to class, like the nerd I am. Today I had my first "bad" yoga class and it was hard. I just didn't connect, with myself or the instructor. She was talkative and a little critical of everyone which was off putting. I was stressed and distracted. I know it's not anyones fault that I wasn't able to get into it today, but it was still a little discouraging. Still a bad workout is better than no workout.
This used to be my biggest excuse!!! I was too busy! I'm still really busy but I have made it a priority to carve our 30 minutes everyday to press play. I work about 50 to 60 hours a week. If I can do it you can too. What is your excuse?
