Day 5 [1:45pm] Distressing after exam and making up for yesterday non-activity. Exercising is still somewhat of a chores to me but it sure feels A LOT better to get it over with and I always feel so much more relieve as well as productive when I get it done. According to my Fitbit I only managed to burn 450cals running 5.6miles on the treadmill?? I have been battling migraines + migraine hangovers since Sunday night + today I woke up with another bad headache. I didn't want to waste another day like I did yesterday and so I hopped on my treadmill and pushed out 5km in 30 minutes. Here's hoping I feel better soon so I can run outside this week.
I thought my trainers @icetrray & @itsyawn were kidding when they said I would be hella sore today from deadlifts 😭 only can manage 95lbs right now but I think that's pretty good for a person who went to the gym like once a month! 🤔

42 degrees!! Way too cold for my liking to run outside ⛄️ so #treadmill it was.
