Mengunci Negosiasi (@fauzirachmanto) Teman saya terlihat murung. Kontrak disepakati, namun merugikan. Berikut akan kita bahas tiga landasan yang wajib kita perhatikan ketika memasuki sebuah proses negosiasi. Most of you wouldn't know because I didn't broadcast it, but I had a very stressful pregnancy. At 14 weeks, we were told our baby had a cyst on her brain. At 20 weeks, we were told there was a good chance that she had Zika and could be mentally disabled, physically deformed, or worse since there wasn't much research on the illness' lasting effects on unborn children at the time. Those of you who have been pregnant know the toll that crazy prego hormones can have on a woman's brain, so I'm sure you can understand what kind of state I was in for the remainder of my pregnancy. Sometimes, I would google pictures of "Zika babies" and ball my eyes out. Other times, I would try to "let go and let God," but often I just wasn't strong enough for that. I was determined to work out, drink tons of water, etc. to keep my baby as healthy as possible, thinking in my half-crazy brain that maybe that would help my baby come out "normal." At 29 weeks, our baby's head circumference was determined to be even smaller in proportion to her body. Then, at week 35, I broke my ankle tripping over a curb in the parking lot at Babies R Us (You can laugh--it's definitely funny!). I could no longer work out. My stress level raised with the lack of activity. With it, my blood pressure raised to dangerous levels, but of course (confirmably) only when I went to see my doctor every week. At this point, my doctor labeled me as a high risk pregnancy and spoke at every appointment afterward about inducing me. I told her I wouldn't let that happen. She was already telling me my baby's head was too small, so I wanted the baby to have as much time as possible to fully develop. Week 40 came, and I still refused to be induced. So, I went to the doctor for non-stress tests almost every other day to confirm the baby was moving okay. At 41 weeks +1 day (the average first-time mother's delivery day, by the way), our baby girl decided to be born. And guess what??? Her little head and brain are completely fine! My little girl is now 6 months old. We thank God every day for her! 🙏💕 I think sometimes about the stress I put my poor baby through while she was in my belly. I'm working on being more positive! ☀️
Think outside the treadmill. There are plenty of ways to up the intensity and hit your aerobic zone without running. Try this: Use light weights, like dumbbells or kettlebells, for a fast-paced strength-training session. That means minimal rest between sets (about 30 seconds) to boost your heart rate and metabolism.
Long distance players and proteins (In case of exercising for more than 1 hour, proteins as well as carbohydrates and lipids are used as energy sources)
Pro tip: take advantage of sundays!!!! I love lazy sundays as much as the next, but I love an empty gym more! Killed back in record time and didn't even have to spend time modifying because of lack of access to machines 😊😊😊

After ramping up all offseason, with a STRATEGIC and WELL THOUGHT OUT arm care program, under the WATCHFUL EYE👀 of educated professionals at Baseball PDS, @baseballpds US Elite 2019 OF Calvin Costner (aka "MEGATRON") let it go on his first high output throw of the year at 94.9mph 😳(Just to clarify for all the young ballers out there, this throw is from a well informed and high level athlete at THE END of an arm and scapula strengthening PROGRESSION over months. DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME IF YOU HAVE NOT GONE THROUGH THE PROPER STABILIZATION AND SEQUENCING TO RAMP YOURSELF UP.) With ANY heavy weight lifting (squats, dead lifts, power cleans, explosive movements, or throwing exercises... it ALWAYS comes down to "THE WATCHFUL EYE" of a trained and certified PROFESSIONAL!
