I am actually running here, even though it looks like I'm having a stroll. Still getting into the groove of following a training plan properly 😳 Managed to get out for my 8K yesterday, but got lost, added an extra 2.3K on and ended up doing half of it through muddy paths. Hard work. Slow. A bit achy. Due to shuffling my training days around I was meant to be doing another 8K today but I definitely need a rest. And it's Mother's Day, so I've obviously been mostly eating and loafing around today 🤷🏻♀️ Yesterday's run made me realise how many things I'm *worrying* about when I'm running (getting injured again, making sure I sort out my dodgy hip, whether I'm doing enough stretching, that I should be doing yoga, when I'm going to get time to do any yoga, whether I'm going to get enough time to fit all my planned runs in...etc). Looking forward to getting to the stage where I get restless if I don't manage a run, rather than just trying to tick them off the list.
