Hump day treat comes from some recently found (again, seriously need to get my kitchen organised) Beurré Bosc pears, almonds and spiced coconut blossom caramel butter sauce improv puff pastry galette. Tea break settled in 20 minutes.

Taking a #toasttuesday and #tealatte break this afternoon. Dates, cashew butter and a sprinkle of carob chips on Ezekiel bread. A little comfort food on a gray day. Realized I've been struggling the last few days because I'm just so tired. Slept in a bit this morning and left work early to take a little time to rest. It's easy for me to put things on the to-do list and focus on checking off boxes. It's harder to slow down and remind myself it's okay to leave some boxes unchecked. #tiuteam#tiucheckin#tiumom#tiuboston#teabreak @toneitup
That tea cup is significant to me because I personally participated in the whole procedure from contacting the Dehua factory to the final design confirmation. And I was lucky to get the last one at #teafestpdx from one of the volunteers, thanks to her outstanding contribution! Wish I know her name. Will keep the cup forever @myteabook 🍵
READY FOR RASPBERRY LEAF TEA I've just picked fresh raspberry leaves from the garden. Some of the leaves I'll enjoy right away in a tea and the rest I'll dry for later use. Raspberry leaf tea is somewhat well known for its benefits during pregnancy but it's beneficial to women in all ages. It's naturally high in magnesium, potassium, iron and b-vitamins. This makes it very beneficial for the female reproductive system. It's helpful for nausea, leg cramps and improving sleep during pregnancy. It also strengthens the uterus and pelvic muscle which could lead to shorter and easier labors. Many women claim that it helps ease symptoms of PMS, endometriosis and helpful for couples who are trying to conceive. I would drink it daily for these benefits. Some says that you shouldn't drink it until third trimester if pregnant but I've read about many drinking the tea earlier or all the way through. I always recommend doing your own research! The best thing is that's really delicious 😋 Come over to my blog and Facebook page for more conscious living tips and information www.ditteeden.com www.facebook.com/DitteEden Sign up for my newsletter that comes out on the new moon. https://ditteeden.leadpages.co/better-sleep/ or click on link in bio.

Tea and snack break! Taking a moment from work with sips of delicately sweet Manaslu spring Tippy black tea from @nepaliteatraders and salty roasted pistachios. The salty, sweet nuts play really well with the tea! Great way to recharge.
