Nothing super fancy or glamorous in my life- Yesterday - my day started with a glute/hammie workout followed by spin class @pcf_fitness and I ended my day after working a little extra, by reading on my couch with some @devotionnutrition protein and @halotopcreamery ice cream- Today I am starting my day with a healthy balanced breakfast- thanks to @ccnc_springfield for my protein for oats- My life isn't fancy or overly complicated and I don't do anything different than what most could do if they just tried. I make working out and eating healthy a priority because I truly love it and believe in a healthy lifestyle- relaxing on the other hand and reading again for pleasure took me some time to do again- but when you live a busy life you need to find time to unwind and relax. All you have to do is try and be consistent- consistency is key to reaching your goals! Tho I will admit that the P90x3 workouts look a little daunting! But we need it & we GOT THIS!! 💪 I was feeling a bit lazy today & kept putting of my workout. But now I that I'm thoroughly drenched I feel fabulous! Now a little bit of pumpkin deliciousness to reward myself!! Pumpkin season is officially here!! Yummm!
BIG FUCKING PR! By A Lot, so proud. This happened, this morning. 👊😀👊 I've been asked a lot lately about my love affair with my #airdyne . Here goes: I don't really plan it, I just fucking go! It's that simple. 25 minutes is the time I have, because I also want to do other things like #jackedmoms strength work or yoga, or meditation, or whatever my body needs that day. I have a base number I want to hit, and I get on and GO. It's a page taken right out of the #jockowillink play book. I don't write down the plan, or figure out steps to execute the plan. I Just GO! No time to waste. Today I didn't set out to smash my PR. My best rides are generally Saturday morning, I train when my energy is the best. I like this heat we have right now in San Francisco. My body feels loose and warm, my joints feel good. I want to GO! I'm not training for an event or competition, I'm training to be my best self, because I love it! 700c in sight.
