I love finishing a program on a Friday, it means I have 2 unscheduled workout days to pick whatever the heck I want! Today I chose to kick some ass with Shred 2.0 from Core De Force on demand 👊🏻 Starting another round of 21 Day Fix Extreme with my team on Monday. I'm excited to work some weights back into my routine after 2 months of straight cardio training. Have a happy Saturday lovelies 💕Get that workout in, no excuses 😉💋
Nothing happens overnight. You can't get an education or you can't build a house in a day. Getting to the point I was at point took 3 years of unhealthy habits, laziness, depression, making terrible choices and creating a human life. Expecting to get to where you want to be in a short amount of time is not only unrealistic and many times unhealthy, but it can be extremely disappointing when you set your goals too high. It took me 3 years to get to the lowest point in my life. Im coming up on a solid year of changes, and I'm still no where near my end goal.
