I wonder how many people have already gave up on there New Years resolutions?! I know I haven't been doing everything I said I would. But one thing is for sure, it is never to late to start. Even if you did stop doing what you said you would, why not just start over? There's no reason not to do something everyday that gets you one step closer to where you want to be. You don't need to wait for January 1st to start. And there sure as hell isn't a rule book somewhere that states, you have to throw out your goal just because you fell off track. Hop right back on, and begin again.

After the last 2 resistance sessions I've felt it a bit, but definitely not in as much pain as week 1! Does this mean I need to push myself more, or are my muscles just getting used to it a bit?? I'm worried I need to work harder! Although I feel very dead after the sessions 😂🙈What do you girls think? Any advice?
Apparently I didn't set my alarm like I thought I did so I was a little confused when I woke up at 8 am today🤔 oh well😂 Time to get my sweat on before I head to lunch with one of my #bossbabes ! HEALTHY DIET 🍊 Love starting my day with a vegan smoothie bowl. Add frozen bananas, pineapples, and mangos to a blender with vanilla soy milk (or almond milk). Can add vanilla vegan protein powder, and top with fresh fruit, chia seeds and hemp hearts 👌🏻

lately i'm realizing that you have to depend on yourself. stop waiting for other people to make you happy, to give you advice, to lend you a hand, to say the right thing, to bring you peace. YOU need to do it YOURSELF. if you're having a bad day and have no one to talk to, write. if you don't have a shoulder to cry on, cry to your dog. pick yourself up off the fucking floor and FIND A WAY YOURSELF. the only person responsible for you is YOU. if you want to hide and be alone, do it. if you want to go out and have a good time, do it. stop doing what you think you should do and what's expected of you and DO THE THINGS YOU WANT TO DO. you're holding yourself back. i know this because i hold myself back. we are capable and need to somehow learn to believe that.
