I was just going to leave this in my stories and I wasn't going to post this crappy mirror pic on here but some of my amazing friends told to go for it so I'm going for it!! 🙌🏼 I took this after a killer leg workout which is why I look like this... ☠️😱💩 lol! . Here's the deal: I'm 36, I have 3 kids, apparently I have a some abs, I have stretch marks, and loose skin and I'm ok with it!! I went from being overweight, to losing the weight, to gaining muscle and toning up. I will never not have stretch marks or loose skin and that because my body was able to grow 3 amazing children and I also like food 💁🏻 Instead of being ashamed of those things, I choose to embrace those marks and I'm happy to have them! I'm also trying to show you that it's possible to change if you really want to. I truly never thought I'd be comfortable again in a 2 piece, cute little outfits, posting something like this, or simply being in my own skin but here I am doing it! If you want it bad enough, you can make it happen! Just don't strive for perfection because it's simply unattainable. Strive for what makes you happy and what makes you feel good. Strive to just be healthy and happy and that can happen at any age and at any size! 💪🏼

Alright friends, I've been pretty honest with you about my life so far, as honest as my bowel movements (Crohns disease) so I figured I may as well go public about this too.  A lot of you have been following me for a while now and are starting to reach out about this business that I have grown and what it's all about. The number one question I get is "How much are you making?" As with any good work, I wouldn't be able to invest all my time and energy into helping people if it wasn't paying off financially.  When I first started I was a busy & broke college student walking to school because I couldn't afford to put gas in my car and literally selling all my furniture to make rent.. so initially, when this business started bringing in $50 per week It was actually significant for me.  Then last 6 months of my degree was saved because I was able to pay rent with my coaching income.  After a year I realized that week after week I was making a payment for any given bill on time thanks to the little business I was building.  Am I making six figures and rolling high in the sky at this point in time? NO hahah, but hard work pays off and I foresee security and stability to continue far into my future.  I'm finally sitting back, for the first time in my life breathing a sigh of relief. Financial stress can feel like a brick on your chest and coaching has helped lift what feels like 100 pounds off of me.  I'm projected to have my debt paid off by the end of this year & I'll have a savings account for the first time ever 😀  Now, this isn't to brag, it's to share that the influence I'm making on social media isn't just for fun and games. I'm teaching other women how to do what I've done, and financial gains is just one of the benefits of hanging out with me 😉

After heading into work with a headache, sore throat, body aches and a fever I was sent home. Now, after an IM steroid and antibiotic injection, a prescription antibiotic, some Tylenol and hours of sleep, I am finally out of bed (for now) drinking my Superfoods and making some chicken noodle soup.  Feeling super weak and like I literally got hit by a bus, praying that this doesn't last too long and that it isn't mono like she thought 😔 #teamlivefit

🍑Happy Hump day 🍑 - 👐This is me looking for answers between all the fads and bioscience👐 - What kind of cardio should I be doing? - Let's start by talking about EPOC: Excess Post- Exercise Oxygen Consumption 👉 Basically, when you are exercising at a high intensity, you are breathing hard, and your body isn't getting in enough oxygen, so after your workout, your body is working to try and make up that lost oxygen, burning more calories. - EPOC is higher for High Intensity cardio such as hiit and metcon circuits and lower for steady state cardio like jogging on a treadmill. - HOWEVER: It has been blown WAY out of proportion and has almost become another fad in the fitness industry. Studies have shown that there IS NOT a MATERIAL difference between calories burned during different types of cardio, taking EPOC into consideration, and that more calories are actually burned in long, steady state cardio than in shorter sessions of high intensity training (again taking EPOC into consideration ) For EPOC to be materially higher you would need to perform high intensity exercise for as long as you would steady state cardio. -  I was actually quite upset when I found this about because I LOVE circuits and metcons. BUT it doesn't mean I'm going to stop doing them. -  BOTTOM LINE: Do what you enjoy. If you like long steady runs DO THAT. For maximum sweat and fat loss, take minimal rests (I rested for 10 sec between each series and 30 to 45 sec between each exercise) 💦 1️⃣ Kickbacks with band, 16x4 each leg 2️⃣ Stationary lunges with band, 12x4 each leg 3️⃣ Curtsy lunges, 12x4 each leg 4️⃣ Wide stance glutes bridge with band, 20x4 5️⃣ Squats with band, 15x4 6️⃣ Frog stance glutes bridge, 20x4 And do this as a finisher👇🏽 7️⃣ Donkey kicks to fire hydrants, 3x1min each leg P.S.: Lol at the lyrics 😂 P.P.S.: If you're wondering why I'm purposely hiding my face, that's because I got stung right above the eye and I look like I've been beaten up 😂

Meal prepping on a Wednesday 😏 To be successful you have to put in the work. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle and staying fit is comprised of 80% diet and 20% exercise. I can attest to this bc I have worked out 6 days/wk, ate like crap & not been happy with my physique. That doesn't mean food has to be boring. Venture out, try new things, mix it up! not gonna let my bicep curls go to waste with no flex picture 😂 hit a really solid back/bi/tris day post hiit runs. those were a struggle to do, but i handled it with 2 min recovery, 1 min sprint for 20 mins~ sprints at 8.7-10.5 / recovery at 5.7 to 6.0 all at 2% inclines. post classes i did my kettlebell work and did the last battlebells challenge! video coming real soon 🙌

New whip🛴 Hi friends I survived surgery. Currently laying in bed on drugs. In so much pain😞 Pain meds make me cry uncontrollably apparently🤷‍♀️ Tomorrow starts the long road to recovery.  BUT today I'm gonna eat pizza in bed and not focus on how much I hurt.  Love y'all so much babes!! I don't know what I would do without y'all's love and support.
