280kg yoke static hold x 10 seconds. Wanted to yoke walk today but the ground outside was slippery, so decided to do some heavy pick ups. Worked up to 280kg for 10 seconds (2 sets) - 20kg above my yoke walk best and it felt ok. Yoke held up well too, most weight I've loaded on it.
