My hotel gym is done right!! It's like a real gym 😍 I couldn't be happier! Crushed a full body weight workout then did 2.5 miles. Hotel tip: Fill your water bottles for free at the gym! I always get so annoyed paying for water... Ready to take on the full training day.
I'm baaaaack! I have been in a little bit of a funk for the past couple weeks. I got sick with 2 different issues and struggled getting back to what I know is good for me. I don't want to backslide and lose everything that I have worked so hard for an entire year to accomplish! I'm am starting another round of Core de Force and this weekend will be running a Disney 5k. I'm excited to get back at it!
Not going to lie, I have been seriously struggling. Am I still doing my workouts, yes. But I'm not really giving it my all, just going through the motions. Am I still eating healthy in in portions? Yes, but only like 10% of the time over the past couple days. I have been eating everything deep fried and mini eggs have been my kryptonite 😏 This is starting to show not only physically (super bloated! And acne). But it is starting to have a huge effect on my mood and attitude. I have zero energy, going up and down stairs have become a workout in itself. And I'm overall just not happy. Why do I share this. Cause I know I'm not alone. We all get in these "ruts" every now and then. I hope by sharing this you realize you too are not alone, and we can get out of it. We just have to focus on the positives and take it one day at a time. Today I woke up, went as hard as I could in my workout (felt like it was my first time, lol). I'm starting today with a positive attitude and taking it one day at a time!
Started my morning off with 40 mins fasted cardio followed by a hunt to find fully ripe avocados🙄😂 6 x egg white omelette, cooked in coconut oil, half an avocado, fresh rocket, chilli flakes and a tiny spoon of balsamic chilli glaze 🍳🥑🌶😍
