Familiarity. . It's something we look for on a daily basis- whether you realize it or not- for the comfort it gives us. I'm all about coming out of my comfort zone because I've seen what it's done for me and others. I know, it's easier said than done, I LIVE with my anxiety. But I HAVE to break the barrier in order to actually... live. . I can relate familiarity to fitness. A lot of people tend to go to a new Zumba class WITH their friend, someone that brings a sense of familiarity (comfort). Or they'll stick to a workout routine because it's what they already know and of course, became comfortable with. . Today I taught Turbo Kick, something MANY people never even heard of, at a gym I've NEVER taught at before with people who don't even KNOW me- and they COMPLETELY rocked it ✌🏼️
Smoooooothie : 1/4 cup frozen organic mixed berries, 1/4 cup frozen organic cherries, 1 frozen organic banana, 1 cup or more almond milk (depending how thick you like it ) a pinch of maca. Blend. Enjoy. 😋
