Lunch is monochromatic today but the kombucha (2) adds a nice pop of color! I'm having the egg Roll Bowl I made yesterday (5) and the rice (3) I doctored up with carrots, mushrooms, onions, garlic (0), and an egg (2) because tbh I hate rice and I don't know why I made it. It's my first time trying kombucha and all I can say is... it's interesting haha

1.24.17 • On Tuesdays we have tacos! 🌮 I love love any type of Mexican food but tacos are a staple in my house. Mostly because they are easy peasy. 24sp for these two GIANT tacos but I needed to eat all my smart points for the day. 2 carb smart tortillas (7sp), 8oz of ground turkey (7sp), 1/2 cup of cheese (8sp), 4 tbsp of sour cream (4sp) and the rest are free veggies - lettuce, tomatoes, onion and hot sauce. Super yummy.
Microwaved my freezer batch of @skinnytaste Bolognese sauce (2 servings, 8SP), parm 1SP, 🥒, mushroom & onions, Bolthouse Ranch 2SP. Make the Bolognese sauce! You'll love it. I eat it with a spoon, but it's meant to go over pasta/spaghetti squash lol #weightwatchers#smartpoints#wwdinner
I always get nervous about weigh in, but I'm especially anxious this week, I think because I so desperately don't want to maintain again! I've hit my water goals this week, ate more points through the day and less on an evening, had a day where I went over my blue dot allowance as it was suggested this could kick start my metabolism (and seems to have helped in the past) and I upped my fit point goal for the week and despite still having back pain I went out for lunchtime walks to make sure I hit my goals. So I know if I don't get a good result tomorrow I'm going to be really gutted 😩crossing EVERYTHING 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻
So I'm just getting around to posting my (blurry) breakfast picture now! Nonfat greek yogurt (I mix plain and vanilla), kashi go lean crunch and blueberries for 5sp. What a day! Supper tonight was 15sp. I made a mini "roast" (more like an over sized steak) and made a garlic and herb rub to go over it. 140gm of beef, with the rub, 7sp, Dole Caesar salad kit, 5sp and a small baked potato (97g) with sour cream, sprinkle of cheese and green onions, 3sp. 🥔🥗
