Late night baking ready for tomorrow, trying to prep as much as I can these days . I've made a banana loaf since i had a couple of ripe ones in the fruit basket. I made it similar to Brogan's spiced cake (which was so good by the way) half of the cake is 1 HexB + 5ish syns, I say 5ish because I've not worked it out properly yet. I've made it extra indulgent so it's more of a treat, there's bananas, peanut butter powder, @sarahscreativekitchen nutty cup, and topped with a drizzle of @jimjams_spreads chocolate spread. Big smiles all round. Been to Nando’s and resisted chips extra sauce and a full fat coke and went for butterfly chicken rice salad and Diet Coke. 100% on plan today and ready for the rest of the week 100% on plan too 👌🏼👌🏼
Monday night means the parents are round for tea! So tonight I cooked this syn free dirty rice (recipe from @pinchofnom) It was mega easy to make and tasted a-ma-zing. The only downside is we loved it so much that there's no leftovers for my lunch tomorrow 😭
#tuesdaymotivation a a few hours early I know but I'm on a long day at work tomorrow so putting this post up early. nearly 3 stone down into my #slimmingworldjourney and omg the difference! My waist is coming back to me! My back Boobies have nearly disappeared! I have a neck! And my arms are able to hang down without touching my hips! Wow! #soproud of what I've already accomplished! I never thought I would ever be able to bring myself to post a photo in my pants! My confidence in my body is growing. And it's all thanks to #slimmingworld I know I have a long way to go still but I'm pleased to say I think I'm just over half way through my journey! And im not going to stop til my #innerskinnyme makes her debut!
