However, I did just start intermittent fasting yesterday soooooo I'm currently debating on eating my arm off rn 😂Comeeeee on 12:00 ⏳ Then it's off to the gym to train back, grocery shopping, and meal prepping for the week! Woo hoo!

One of my favorite sections is the Gratitude section which simply asks you to outline anything/anyone you’re grateful for, as well as why you are grateful for them. Making it a regular part of your daily routine, especially as you are settling down from a long day, will undoubtedly increase your ability to recognize, and acknowledge the many things, big and small, that you can be grateful for. Self care Sunday morning😇💛 Lately I've been wanting to find different ways to take care of my body from the outside👉🏻in. I've read on @mindbodygreen and in @nutritionschool about dry brushing before and this weekend I finally bought a brush! 🙌🏻 Your skin is the largest organ and dry brushing helps unclog the pores so your body can more easily secrete toxins from your body. A tip I just read was to always start at your feet and make your way up to your heart👌🏻 When I was at @wholefoods this weekend I also got a bunch of other self care goodies like essential oil candles, a sage smudger, a tongue scrapper, fluoride free @himalayaherbalsindo toothpaste, and chakra specific incense🙏🏻 I'm excited to add these into my daily routine and would love to hear any other suggestions of brands/ things you guys love so I can try them out🤗

💖Am Anfang muss man mutig sein, um am Ende glücklich zu sein 💖 #randommedicalfact 💊💉➡️ "Du bist was du denkst" - wie kann es sein, dass wir alleine durch Vorstellungskräfte und Gedanken unsere Hormone steuern können ? Beispiel: Haben wir Angst oder Unzufriedenheit, denkt der Körper, dass er sich auf etwas schmerzhaftes vorbereiten muss und schüttet Cortisol aus, was nur dazu führt, dass wir noch angespannter sind. Ein Teufelskreis beginnt. Der Weg daraus: Tue das, esse das und verhalte dich so, wie es dich!! glücklich macht. Sei DU selber - ich glaube viele viele Menschen sind niemals ganz bei sich, aber wäre es nicht so schön, wenn dem so wäre ? ➡️ Probiere es aus, versuche dich im glücklich sein, auch wenn es unrational wirkt "augenscheinlich". Dein Mut zahlt sich aus 💜 und wenn nicht, kannst du ja einfach wieder in deine gewohnte Rolle schlüpfen. Was gibt es also zu verlieren ? 😊 Du bist der Autor deines eigenen Drehbuches, also fang an kreativ zu sein ✨🌸 Bei mir gab es heute das erste Mal seit langem keinen großen Salat zum Mittag, sondern intuitiv das was mich glücklich gemacht hat: Avocadobrot & Ei. Es fühlt sich am Anfang sehr ungewohnt und beängstigend an mutig zu sein, aber es ist auch eine spannende Reise!! 🙏🏻😊
