This is how you see me lately - tanned, tiny, smiley AF, because that's what I show you. I'm not always that way, and if you've followed me for a while you'll have been through the ups and downs of my life over the past few years- I try my best to keep things as real as possible and not hide my lows because I refuse to let my Insta/Snap/YouTube be another "highlight reel" as so many other girls do, pimping Waist Trainers and Skinny Teas and abs year round πŸ˜’ This is me now, and I'll always be the same person, but I might not always look this way, and that's okay. My biggest fear with social media is that I'll be judged for gaining the inevitable post-comp weight, for taking a break from competing, for not placing when I do compete (at least not in this country πŸ€·πŸ½β€β™€οΈ), for not being ridiculously driven/motivated/inspirational year round... these are probably irrational fears, but nonetheless they are all things I worry about, or at least I DID, until Arnold's weekend. I met so many amazing humans who have followed my journey, and are inspired by not just how I look, but the work ethic it took to get there, the positivity I show despite setbacks, the passion I have for my clients/business, and the relentless pursuit of my goals. I was so touched by the fact that I've had an influence on people's lives through just being 100% myself. It really made me reflect on who I am and what I'm about and I have to say a massive THANK YOU to those of you who follow me for ME, for my heart and soul and passion and not just my sometimes-abs πŸ™ƒ So over the next few months I'll probably look different, I'll probably train in a different way, I might not post ab selfies or snapchats on the stair master, but I'll still be me, and probably the truest version of myself because let's face it, comp prep isn't REAL LIFE. Life is about living, and I'm about to live it, and I'm excited to take you along this crazy ride with me πŸŽ‰ So many exciting things in store for the rest of 2017, and I'm ready for it πŸ’œπŸ˜˜

Feeling so AMAZING today πŸ‘πŸ» I woke up with a huge smile on my face this morning because I'm killing this calorie deficit and seeing changes to my body is so rewarding πŸ™ŒπŸ»πŸ˜Š - I've hated my body and compared myself to other people for years on end, which resulted in disordered eating and binge eating. - But I can finally say I'm HAPPY with my body! Having a positive outlook on it and embracing it has helped majorly. - You can do it too, if you put your amazing minds to it πŸ‘ŠπŸΌ

Lunch and dinner for the week 🌱 Lunch is sweet and sour tofu with low carb noodles (basically zero calorie) 16C|7F|19P - 220cals. And dinner is a Mexican casserole with cauliflower mash 30C|6F|22P - 272cals. Being a vegan is not all about the veggies and tofu. These meals are PACKED with flavor ⚑️

This post is big for me - I was sweating writing this lol - all because my stomach is showing! That's it! As you possibly can see I have a scar - a surgery that saved my life. So FOREVER I've been so god damn conscious about it. I took on a 12 Week Challenge with my girl @sami_rose_ - we are so close to it being over. I'm learning so much about health, fitness, nutrition and myself. I've pushed myself as best as I can - I've eaten chocolate when I shouldn't have but I'm only human!! And see that - my stomach shrunk lol. I also have possible ab lines I never had πŸ˜‚ So Sami I'm forever grateful for everything you've done and helped me through! I feel like people (ahh yeah me included) always use ridiculously good "after" photos when showcasing their transformations. Stage pics are cool and all, but I don't look like that every day, all water depleted and dry AF πŸ’¦ So here's one straight from my snap - no filters, belly full of food and water just doin ma thing at the gym. Almost 5 years in between and yes it's been a LONG JOURNEY! I am constantly striving to improve and even though I've maintained my weight below 55kg for some time now (highest was 75kg) my body is constantly changing and evolving. The grind never stops. Comp or no comp I just want to be my best, to find balance in life, to feel good in my own skin, and most importantly to show YOU GUYS that if I can do it, you can too! A special human this week referred to me as "the people's champ" and you know what? That couldn't be more true. I honestly believe I was put on this earth to help others be their very best, to find peace within their bodies & minds and I couldn't be happier to have the platform of social media to take you all along on this journey with me, and to touch the lives of others through my Transformation Programs. Don't ever doubt yourself, don't think you aren't good enough, don't think you can't do something, and especially don't ever compare your journey/abilities/body to someone else's. Because you are capable of so much more than you realise, and in being your best self, 100% authentically, you might just inspire someone else to make a positive change too! So today I decided it was time to give myself a little pat on the back. I'm always thinking about where I want to go, I don't spend enough time being proud of where I've come from. Back in the day I was 35kg heavier n ate a packet of tim tams for breakfast. 2 different people have told me today how great I'm looking, it's time I appreciate what I am working so hard for.. Only 5.5 weeks into @sami_rose_ program and I've never been SO determined. But I owe everything to @sami_rose_ and @careenkiller_wbffpro .
