W2 / D1 Sweat.Believe.Roar. and I'm home again with no voice. 😳 SERIOUSLY?!! Also got maybe an hour of sleep last night. But I got up and got in all the warm ups, glute activation, and max reps/rounds with 5# weights. Followed up with @cirque_physio lower backbend/glutes program (sooo deep, but I'm getting stronger!) and some hip openers with spinal rolls. After my smoothie, I think I will go back to bed. At least I don't have to feel guilty about being sick for tomorrow - it's my first Saturday that I haven't had to "take" off in 4 years. Feeling grateful. 💜🙏🌈
OMG WEEK 9 IS FINISHED! My quads are now absolutely dead! Now for a #sineadpose and stretching those #babyquads out tonight 👌 I really enjoyed the moves in tonights workout and am actually excited to do it again in week 11.
No Filter. Maybe you can see how I still don't feel super fantastic. This actually looks better than I have in over 5 days! Started the morning out with #alltheabs - I've been using my Progressive timer and it's SO AWESOME to do the workout this way!!! Any side moves get done 2x each, all front moves 3x each. Has anyone else tried doing these workouts like the progressive ones? Feeling stronger, but after 3 hours of talking my voice is gonzo again. Heading home... No voice, no teaching...
Just completed 6 sets of SBR Thursday traditional workout in my hotel room. The gym here didn't have any mats and it was carpeted. Yuck I couldn't bring myself to workout on the carpet, I don't know if I'm the only weird one who won't work out in a public gym with carpet. The thought gives me shivers. 😂🙃✌🏼#bootifulboutique
Arms and Abs done ✅ with a few assisted and free weight exercises thrown into the mix 💪🏼 Session 1 of the day with @candice.dealey - PT session with @tinkdealey this afternoon ✨ How is everyone's goals going that they set at the beginning of the Month❓ I had a #nonscalevictory today when I put on the tank top I'm wearing in this photo and it was baggy on me! Throw🔙 to my first training session when I got back to NZ and I wore this same tank top and it was stretched over my stomach and I felt crazy self-conscious, not all progress is on the scale ! 💖
I never thought I would ever have anything resembling abs.. I would always look in the mirror and complain, workout then treat myself to Sizzlers 🤔 I knew you couldn't out train a bad diet but I was young I thought oh you just did a 1 hr workout you can have those chips and cake and dancing at a club was my weekend workout 😂 do not think i ever danced the amount of calories i drank off!! Then one day I decided it was time to stop drinking and cut back on the take away and treat my body right. I was a member at a gym but I would also do at home workout dvds which I would put so much more effort into as i didn't feel like i was getting judged by anyone. Eventually i got more confidence at the gym and even got into crossfit.. which i absolutely loved and would still be there if it was so damn expensive 😔 My husband then suggested why don't I buy stuff and do it from home.. so I did! I started with #bbg with one of the first #kaylamovements 👌 Did this for a year before getting over slack.. there were a few other #workout guides in between but I am so happy I have found @sinead_disaya #sweatbelieveroar program! Life is all about balance. Be kind, but don't let people abuse you. Trust, but don't be deceived. Be content, but never stop improving yourself!!
Taking these 3 for a run is a challenge! Blaze just wants to sprint, Kiara likes a run/jog while Thor is a lazy walk smell everything kind of guy. These are my gorgeous #sbrdogs ❤ 😥😫 Now to do some abs!
BBG week 4 legs 👊🏼 got it done before brekkie! Today is the wedding day of our friends. The hubby is busy doing best man stuff today and I'm going to spend my morning early afternoon tanning reading by the pool, doing my nails and then getting ready. Can't wait for the wedding it's going to be an amazing day 💛

Today I was very very sore! My bellabeat seemed to pick up on it. My mom did bodybuilding when she was younger and she said I probably did too much and I need to slow down. So instead of two sets like I did yesterday, I took my moms advise and did one set. I just don't wanna feel sick tomorrow like I did today because of my muscles hurting. Today I did day 2 of Sweat Believe Roar. I really liked the 3 minutes intervals. This helps me pushing myself for 'one more' in those 30 seconds. I do have to admit today was more of a struggle than yesterday because of my soreness, but I did it anyway and am proud of it. I keep being amazed by the lack of upper body strength I have because I lift children daily for my job. Some of them are almost as heavy as me. That said, push ups went better today! Yesterday I could do 3, today 5. Yes this might seem very little and laughable, but for me this is a start that I am proud of. Tomorrow I will enjoy my rest day and I hope my muscles will heal and grow stronger. I feel empowered doing this though, so that is great! Trying to take a sneaky 🤳🏼 in the gym at our new resort. Don't know why I was trying not to feel embarrassed, I did do two arm drags in front of everyone. I love it so much and know it looks weird but I look super strong and I love that exercise so much!! Tonight I completed 4 sets week 5 SBR progressive workout and BBG week 16 abs💪🏼👊🏼

Started Sweat. Believe. Roar today. And omg my glutes and hamstrings are burning. My worst enemy today were push ups. I need to conquer those. Any tips anyone? I was seriously struggling with them. The other excercises pushed my body but were really doable. Really love feeling my muscles working and feeling the results. I ammmm soooo sick... You know it's flu when you feel like nothing will ever be ok again. And hallucinating (our 3rd cat is back... We have two cats). But my body hurts when it doesn't move, so I kept on movin'! Week 1 / Day 3 of #sweatbelieveroar and I did all the warm ups, all the booty engagement and max reps / 2 Rounds with 5# weights. I took big breaks and went through more than one water bottle. Now I'm stretching, smoothie-ing, and going back to bed. Feel much better for doing my workout! * * Yesterday was a break from SBR, so I finished up my first week of Sinead's All the Abs - which was perfect! - and did my @cirque_physio booty for backbends work... I learned my internal rotators S U C K big time! Will keep up the work!
Good lighting vs bad lighting 😂 so I started week 5 SBR this week and was in the mood to completely demolish my workout... so I completed 6 sets of Mondays progressive workout!! Then followed it up with week 4 BBG arms and abs. Feeling the gym high right now. 🙃 While I was finishing my workout it started pouring rain and in Thailand it really really pours. I waited 10 mins and was like stuff it I don't know when it's going to finish so I thought I'd run back to my room. Bad mistake. It was so slippery so I had to walk so slow and not only that the cute little hill I have to walk up to my room was like a gushing river down and I was walking against the current. I was completely soaked through by the time I got to my room and hopped in the shower with all my gym clothes on 😂 hope this rain dies down soon because I am starving!!!!!

Smashed out BBG week 3 legs and cardio ➕ week 3 arms and abs! Missed out on two workouts this week but I think I'll have enough time to make up for them next week. Slightly burnt my nose just a tad today. Forgot to reapply sunscreen on after being out ages in the sun so lots of water and Aloe Vera for me. Tomorrow is a new week and I can't wait to start week 5 of SBR whoo!! 💛💛✌🏼now time to go out for dinner and drinks

Week 1 / Day 2 of #sweatbelieveroar - this was my first day of Progressive training! Did the max at two rounds and added weights where I could. Let me start by saying how SORE MY BOOTY IS from yesterday's traditional series. 🍑 I wasn't sure I would make it through both rounds of the Progressive... But those little 30 second chunks really help make it possible! You just have to make it through the 30 seconds - then that group of two exercises - then the 3 minutes... And repeat! I did add a 30 second rest between rounds for water and to look at the next group. AND my recovery was actually super quick! Within about 3 minutes I felt strong, energized, and not totally wiped out like I did at the end! 👍 Tomorrow will be a non-SBR day with 3 hours of aerial and probably some foam roller. Now, off for a yoga break!
