Yet another post of me doing legs 😂 Never did I think I'd be able squat 100kg let alone 152.5kg today (it was a struggle)! Many of my close friends may know that I am preparing for my very first powerlifting meet on the 18th in Cardiff. This particular month has been tough as myself and many other students are currently doing exams. The grind continues! 💪🏾 I make these fitness related posts not to boast about my successes, but to help inspire others to keep working hard. Though at times we will fall, it is important to get back up and rememberer why you're either in the library from 8 - 12 AM, working nights or in the gym every day! Many will ask you WHY you're doing this. But later they'll ask you HOW you did it. Consistency, consistency consistency is 🔑 The great Aristotle said; 'we are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit'.
