Push Through....No Matter What!! You Can Do It!! Oh my goodness.... I was so tired this morning....the energize didn't even seem to help...lol. I was sore from yesterday's workout and teaching last night...I just wanted to sleep...BUT it didn't stop me.... WHY? Because I know how awesome I would feel after I was done!! I gained momentum and energy with every move and I pushed through my bullshit excuses!!! Which lead me to push out 241 push ups!!! So... how are you you going to push through your excuses? Self talk works for me...maybe put on your jam and get moving!! YOU CAN DO IT!!!

Just plain old hard work day in day out.. that's the only way you get the results you want... You have to have some serious faith in the process though or your mind will break you down quick.. We've all questioned the process... some of us daily but you just have to ask yourself what's the alternative?.. Not push yourself everyday? Eat whatever you want? To go back to how you were? FUCK THAT SHIT!!! I rather keep grinding everyday even if it takes me ten years to get where I want to be! Don't lose hope don't lose faith.. IT'S POSSIBLE!!!💪👍
I'm not prefect. I have made a lot of mistakes throughout my fitness journey but what makes me unstoppable is the mindset to push through after those mistakes and the uncomfortableness. A lifestyle that you live daily will have both sides constantly. Highs and lows. You have to take both with a grain of salt. Both will make you a better individual in the long run. Workout alone?! No way mom!!! I was struggling to get up anyways but not these guys! First the cat decided underneath me during pushups was where he wanted to lay, even when I was doing the bridge reach overs he was chasing my hands to play and nibble woth. Not distracting at all. But then the babe was yelling from his crib while I had another 18 mins left on my workout, so he got to join in today too! Luckily I was able to finish, but as the picture shows, i was interrupted with hugs and snuggles and lap sits. Not mad at all! I guess this is what the mean when they say 'get the whole family into fitness' but the point is that even with interruptions and change in plans it is still possible to get the workout in and done!!! #catmom#interrupted#stillfinished#dontstop
