When you want to quit, DON'T! We all have our bad workouts, our bad eating day (or days in my case this past week of travel) but that doesn't mean you should throw in the towel. Wake up and start fresh the next day 😁 we have our whole lives to mess up, fall off the wagon, sometimes get run over by the wagon... but just keep moving forward. I got my ass kicked by Insanity Max 30 this morning. I almost quit halfway through, if I'm being honest. 🙊But I made it and feel AMAZING now. 5 pound reverse flies and 10 pound plank twist. 💪🏼There was a day I couldn't do more than 2 pounds on the reverse flies💦. And that was a stretch. And I couldn't hold a plank for 30 seconds let alone lift 10 pounds for a plank twist. I just started and showed up everyday.
