Chest and Triceps #2 today, complete! Chest is one this I want to bring up for my next show. And I added triceps for the final touch ! 👌😉 (insert Leonardo meme here) #flexfriday Sorry about the multiple post but Instagram is fucking up lol
Working on some barbell shoulder presses earlier this week. I have not done much the past year for strict barbell movements for chest or shoulders as I tend to get a better range of motion with dumbbells for bench pressing and shoulder pressing, but being able to use a barbell with a little more weight on it is preparing my delta and pecs to be able to handle heavier dumbbells when I get work them in. I have some work to do on my form, but being able to video myself more easily with my @selfie_z Allows me to see where I need improvement and learn and adjust next time. 💪🏻😤 Have a great rest if your night #fitfam and #flexfriday ! @ghostlifestyle @bodybuildingcom @gymshark
Haven't done a Night Lift in over a year. Ran over to @loscampeonesgym tonight for a little Upper Body Pump. Threw in some Pec Fly's towards the end here. GUYS - If you're trying to build a chest you damn well better be FEELING your pecs contract on your pressing and isolation (Fly) movements. Swinging and jerking the weight from point A to point B with too heavy of a weight is doing nothing to make your chest grow. Cut the weight in half and see if you can FEEL your pecs contract with each and every rep. On Flys I like to tell people to squeeze their pecs together as if you are trying to crack a walnut between them. Fire it up !!!!!
Try preforming cable cross overs from the low end of the pulley to put more emphases of the inner and upper chest. . Cross overs are great because the angle of the pulleys provide constant tension on the muscles throughout the entire range of motion. . They also allow your shoulders to move in a more natural manner opposed to being pinned up against a bench in normal pressing movements. . This is another great exercise to throw in at the end of your workout as a brutal finisher. Keep the reps slow and controlled in the high rep range and squeeze at the top of the exercise for a skin tearing pump. . . . #chest#chestday#cable#crossovers#pump#fitness#bodybuilding#instafit#fitnessaddict#video#education
