Sometimes I remember to give my body a break. . . This is my new favourite way to end class, and I can feel when the fronts of my shoulders are tight by whether or not I can feel anything just by relaxing my arms out to the sides. . . Not gonna lie, when I do this with my students at the end of class, I have to make sure I keep wiggling my fingers and toes so I don't relax too much or fall asleep!
upon reaching the summit I was greeted by an all encompassing foggy storm. just moments later the fog cleared and I was able to capture the entire valley below. I couldn't believe how perfect my timing was because just a couple minutes after taking this, the fog and snow rolled in again. it felt like nature understood what I was doing there and decided to show off a bit. so I stood there, alone with my dog on a ledge on top of this mountain, 4k feet above sea level, laughing, because you know what? life's good. so go out there, explore, and make more moments that'll last a lifetime. you won't be disappointed. #lifeofadventure#exploremore
