I was teased for it and told I was too much this, too much that, not enough this and not enough that. Snatch was on the docket yesterday but my shoulder has been cranky so subbed in some #buttstuff instead. Wanna know how to work the glutes at a #CrossFit gym or at home without traditional cable machines? I used my @mbslingshot for the first part, made a cable kickback with a band, did some activation work in a single leg bridge (I literally can't lift my bum off the ground any higher without my back completely taking over), and finished with some glute/ham raises (slow on way down, fast up)...those are not easy! Just because something bothers you doesn't mean you can't have some fun and get creative 😜

Ok sorry for the booty angle but the idea was to focus on the shoes (Adidas Leistung II) and see how my feet and ankles were doing. They do look rock solid. Not wobbling or anything. And don't get on me about squatting on carpet unless you're planning on building me a garage. 😜😜😜The floor in this room is flat enough for the time being! I had done the box step ups in the Position USA shoes but I think I ordered a half size too large because I felt like my heels were coming out of them a little.
