@2xudenmark @nordicrace

One more thing that I have been persistent with to help with my shoulders is dips. . A good way to stretch out the chest and activate the serratus anterior. . Stretching the chest helps with getting better shoulder extension and internal rotation. . Getting the serratus anterior going helps with stabilising the scaps not only in the set up but the receiving. . Yes I am using a band because my shoulders are weak as hell. But I am looking to progress these to no bands and eventually with the same depth on the rings. . Accumulate a total of 30-50 reps every other session and emphasise the stretch/retraction at the bottom of the dip for better scap and shoulder positioning. . #strength
🏋🏼♀️ Barbell: Pendlay 15kg bar Facility: Code 3 Athletics, Gardena (CA) Service: Deep Cleaning ••• There's rust build up called patina. It is a black oxide which adheres tightly rather than a red oxide which flakes away but it is a simple compound. It protects the underlying steel from further oxidation by keeping oxidizers away, but that protection is not absolute. Regular care and maintenance will keep rust and corrosion away which are the services the barbell doctor offers.
Haven't posted in while but here we go again. This a WOD from earlier this week that I wanted to post. It's called "Isa/Grace." 10 rounds for time 3 PSN (@ 135) 3 PC&J (@ 135) Then we hit a heavy BSQ 5x2 This was lift number 3,4,5. I did 355, 360, and failed on 365. I'll get it though. My PR is 375. All in all my kinda of day. I could of really used a pair of knee sleeves but other than that I was pretty comfortable. I'm just trying to be consistent this year and take my training to a whole other level. I'm currently in the best shape of my life and I want it to, NO I AM DETERMINED to get better. Shirt production and website should be back up within a month AND WE HAVE SOME CRAZY DESIGNS FOR YOU GUYS. #dontcallitcomeback#beDetermined#Determined2Prevail

Not entirely how I wanted my first meet to go but it ended up being a success. Hit my openers 110kg/242lb snatch and 140/308lb clean&jerk. Only went 2/6 but I placed 3rd and qualified for State! I learned a lot from this meet and gained a lot of experience. S/O to all the lifters that made my first meet such a welcoming, competitive, and fun environment. These past two months have been unreal and I cannot wait to see where and what this sport will bring me. I'd like to thank my coach @tom.garmon for all the work he's put in to help get me where I am today. #olympiclifting#cleanandjerk#snatch#lift#oly
