There are days where you just gotta push yourself and do big jumps. . Took 10kg jumps. Did save me abit of energy and time. Wasn't much planning to today's session other than work on some lifts I hadn't done in a while and iron out some cobwebs. Technique over load in the first part of the session with some Power Clean and Split Jerks @ 80kgs followed by some Power Cleans up to 100kg. Great to watch Katie Bartoli nail 10x1 @ 60kg Hang Power Cleans also. Pretty good way to round out the weekend 👊
3 x 160kg Quad Squat Week 6 for @andrewoud finishing 6x3 at 160kg. The first two phases of the year have been very high volume. Next week we transition to phase 3. Next three weeks look like this: 5x5 5x4 5x3. Time to ramp up the intensity!
