"Gentleman. Side chest." ______________________________________  This is from last weeks check in. Taking pictures is a great way to track your progress and seeing yourself transform week to week is extremely motivating. What I love most about it is that I get to pin point the weak spots in each pose and for those several hours I'm in the gym I get the opportunity to improve on those weak points. Magnesium deficiencies are the second most common deficiency in developed countries, the first being Vitamin D. This deficiency can be fixed through dietary changes, or can be supplemented. Killer back and shoulders workout today! Try these 2 awesome mass builders! I'm pretty sure most of you are aware of the benefits that come with T-Bar row but in my opinion overloading is the key, pulling as much weight as you can safely and you'll not only build back thickness but stronger forearms. As for overhead presses these require a specific leg machine in order to do. The secret is to never use triceps or chest but rather purely shoulders by keeping your elbows flared outwards, using your triceps defeats the purpose. Start light and build up! Try these awesome workouts guys and gals and you'll never look back, god bless. Have fun and fuck all the details primarily. I already put this up on FB, but I definitely need to share here. This past year I had the privilege of coaching, in my opinion, one of the greatest natural bodybuilders of all time, Valentine Ezugha. When he asked me to be a part of the process I was EXCITED as I've always been a fan of his physique. We decided to keep it quiet and come in under the radar which was super hard for me not to tell people. Lol. ____ We changed a lot of things about his prep which allowed us to come in a full 6 lbs heavier than his last show. Valentine indeed succeeded in winning his second world championship title. ____ I often think that Valentine's quiet and humble nature leads to his physique not getting the recognition it deserves. He's without a doubt a quiet assassin. Having seen a LOT of competitors over the past decade, his physique on stage is one of the most impressive I've ever witnessed. ____ So to give him some much deserved recognition I thought it would be cool to put up a collection of photos that I hadn't shared before. Somebody has to brag for this guy because he's definitely too humble to do it himself. Lol. Some of these are stage shots I hadn't posted, backstage photos, and hotel pics. I'll be posting several photos tonight. ____ It was really phenomenal being able to work with such an amazing champion, and an even better person. ____ Let's start it off with this crazy front relaxed pose taken the morning of Worlds at the hotel right after his tan was applied.
