Working on some dumbbell snatches today. Have to say, they felt pretty darn good. I just have to make sure I really use my hips and keep that weight in close to me. Really wanted to shoot for the 60# dumbbell but I was a little too chicken. Next time. 😀

So this is what I've been squeezing in at work when I start to feel like I'm hungry but don't have time to eat a full meal. I get 2 scoops of my protein, 1 cup of almond milk, 3 tablespoons of my peppermint creamer and then a little water. I love it so much. 41p | 31c | 8f
