Alright so today was leg day and man were my legs on FIRE at the end of this workout!! Here's some clips unfortunately i couldn't get a vid of all the exercises but i wrote all them down below. When it comes to building up my legs there's no exact number of exercises i do. You really just wanna work them to the point where you're just walking funny and really feel the burn in each part of your leg. Doing only traditional heavy squats will not give you the legs you desire unless you only want big quads. Although the foundation of the movement in the squat is the best for legs since it really does work every single part. I still highly suggest that you do A LOT of isolation work. Attack each part of the leg including your glutes, the inner thighs, hamstrings, quads, calves etc. Not only all of that but do exercises that you've never done before or put a certain twist to them to shock and do some real damage to the leg muscles. The last 20 second clip are called plate movers, first time doin em today. I only went for about 3 sets and the sensation in my legs especially in my inner thighs felt amazing. All the exercises shown are from Greg Plitt's MFT28 Legit workout so definitely check that video out for further instruction on these exercises so you can try them out yourself! Lots of pauses and position work to come in the future. Looking forward to all the progress from @capscavestrength @cherie_amour05 and @doctor_flores_dpt  _____________________ Front rack KB unilateral carry used to enhance the front rack position..... one of the first time I've been able to feel the thoracic spine musculature help to stabilize which had huge carry over in my positioning in the front squat.  _____________________ Start with squat position with butt slightly supported on a beam just enough to provide some stability but not so that you are dependent on it. Bring both arms into front rack position, focusing on extending into thoracic spine and incorporating breathing to help reinforce stability.  _____________________ When you are able to maintain position continue to progress by adding a unilateral load... then progress to butt unsupported in  front squat, shown in video. Fat-burning, muscle-building plyometric workout for strong legs!💪 (Glutes as a bonus)😊 I usually do it once per week in additiom to heavy weight squat days but because my leg muscle is still in pain I can't push through it 100%😂 But anyways this is the workout: ➡Box jumps ➡Romanian lunges ➡Split squats ➡Jump lunges ➡Knee tuck jumps ➡Stiffleg deadlifts  Try using a timer (I use 14 mins) and go through the moves without rest!
