Yesterday, I tested all the three lifts to see where my strength is currently at. Safe to say that the results were pretty decent. Here are the progress: Squat: 140 to 150 Bench: 95 to 100 Deadlift: 155 to 180 In 3 months, I was able to not only increase my total but also improve my technique on all the three lifts whilst staying at relatively same bodyweight. The progress that I made may not be as impressive as others but progress is progress and that's the only thing that makes me hungry for more. #indopowerlifting#powerlifting

Full day of Work and Tutoring sessions in the book. Looking over my PH3 session for tomorrow morning (Skwats, Bench, Deads) day 22, and doing a bit of mental prep. More often than not seeing yourself completing reps using mental imagery hours before a training session will help you pull off your goals and even PR's.
