I've said about "I start again on Monday" for the last 6 months and that's failed. So I'm @newhealthysteps is the only way I'll commit to that promise. I'm back! I've pretty much eaten and drank anything in my path but now I've settled down in a regular routine I think it's time to start taking those healthy steps again. I don't know where the path will take me, but hopefully it will be more flexible and maintainable than in the past. So it's time to get back into the kitchen!

So this morning - I was thinking about buying new gym wear..... but wow;have you seen the prices of that shit! The making of a No bake protein cheesecake part 2: The Peanut Butter Frosting. Easy, macro friendly, High protein, overall delicious topping or dip. All you need is a nutribullet, and Canned White Cannelini Beans or Black Beans. Throw into Nutribullet/blender in this order to avoid clumpage. - 130g Beans - 2.2oz Cashew Milk Unsweetened - 8g Peanut Butter - 28g Pb2 or PBfit @bellplantation - 5g Quest Protein Peanut butter flavor @questnutrition - 1 packet of stevia. Once ingredients are in, close blender, blend, and pour into bowl for extra mixing- before spreading onto Oatmeal, Greek Yogurt mix, cookies, protein bar, ice cream, etc. CANNOT taste the beans, but get the rich taste of peanut butter in a frosting form.
