This is the current number of pages of my third novel, which means that my trilogy has a total of more than 1200 pages now. Every word, thought, description, twist, death, kiss was created by me. Thats a really odd feeling. At page 241 the finale of the story starts and I will put in everything to make it a great one. I will cry like a baby when its done. #TrainerTipTuesday with trainer Josh. One common form mistake with a deadlift is hiking your hips too high causing the weight to pull in the lower lumbar. Josh suggests to focus on keeping your hips low, slightly tilted forward and chin down to help keep the spine neutral. This will keep the weight loaded in your hamstrings and glutes, which is what you want.

Pancake Mixture Ingredients: 110g Tapioca Flour (or alternative) Pinch of ground, H. Pink Salt. 2 Eggs 200ml Any Milk (we used Almond Milk) 75ml Water . Method . 1 - Mix all the dry ingredients (flour and salt) in to a large mixing bowl. . 2 - Make a well in the centre of the flour and break the eggs into it. . 3 -In a separate jug, mix the water and your choice of milk together . 4 - Start whisking the flour and egg mixture in the large bowl until it begins to thicken . 5 - Once, this is happening, slowly incorporate the water/milk mixture until eventually the lumps disappear . 6 - Once all the water/milk mixture is gone, keep stirring until the batter is a cream consistency. . 7 - Next, place your frying pan onto the hob and allow to get very hot. . 8 - Add coconut oil and allow to melt and cover the surface of the pan. . 9 - Put a few drops into the pan to test the temperature. When the batter is sufficiently frying, turn the hob down to a medium temperature and pour a thin layer of pancake mixture onto the pan. . 10 - Ensure you are spreading the mixture eventually over the pan's surface by rotating it around. . 11 - It should take only half a minute or so to cook; you can lift the edge with a palette knife to see if it's tinged gold as it should be. . 12 - Flip the pancake over with a pan slice or palette knife – the other side will need a few seconds only – then simply slide it out of the pan onto a plate. . 13 - To serve, add anything you desire.
