Love a challenge!! @livingmovingbeing has asked everyone to put together their 4 fav exercises to be in the chance to win a polar watch. So here are my 4 favs. Superman push-ups. Plyo med ball push-ups. Single arm burpees with an ab crunch. And the last one I just came up with and it works like crazy. Let's call it the triangle abs haha. Give it a shot if you have 3 foam rollers.
