Finally I am not walking like duck. 🦆 😂Totally underestimated this HIIT workout I did on Tuesday. My inner thighs were on fire for a couple of days! 😣 Used to do alot of HIIT in the old Bodyrock days when I didn't have time to go to the gym or I am travelling but then again I am not much of weights🏋🏻♀️-kinda girl and I always try to find the most efficient and effective way to work out. 😉 Wanna get back into it coz I know I need to do more to power up my legs so they hurt less after my 10k runs 🏃🏻♀️! I don't wanna run faster, I just want to run stronger. So I am committed to do this everyweek after my run! Here you go - my WOW - hehe Workout of the Week inspired by @zuzka and @bella_be_active 1️⃣ Squat into Alt side leg lifts x 10 2️⃣ Windmill curtsy side lunge x 10 each side 3️⃣ Burpees with pushups (Modified) x 10 4️⃣ Lunge off x 10 each side Rest for 15-30sec and then repeat everything 3-5 times! So this was my yesterday. I was tail walker for #parkrunau in renmark yesterday so walked 5kms in about 55minutes. Slow for me but so very very enjoyable along the riverfront encouraging others to do their best. After that I went straight to a total body workout with a friend and later in the day an average paced 2.5km walk with my dad. Let's just say I'm feeling that total body workout today. 😂. Welcome DOMS. Thanks for visiting. 😐. My legs are getting more sore and more tight as the day goes on. Hilarious trying to lower myself into the toilet let me tell you. 😂I have a little bit of soreness in my upper abs but that's about it for upper body. I have to be feeling much better by Tuesday night because that's when I head back to the gym again for another class. I'll be off for a walk later today to see if that helps. Fingers crossed.
