Thanks to my husband...I managed to get through my entire side of the closet, in major PURGE mode👌🏼❤🙏🏼! ___ I am donating 9 garbage bags FULL of clothes and am left with a neat and organized closet...filled with clothes that fit my new healthier body💪🏼. ___ Thank you to Andrew for all your help and motivation and thanks to my daughter for keeping herself occupied and not complaining that we didn't do a lot of 'fun family stuff' this weekend😉. ___ It feels SO GOOD💕💕💕!

Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gawwwwsh! Which is a pretty apt thing to say since I got the idea of these cheesey egg buns from Nicole of @ohmyketo 😂! All you do is break a couple of eggs into a hot pan with ghee (or whichever fat you use) then pierce the yolk, spreading over the top of the egg while adding a sprinkle of sea salt. Once crispy around the edges, flip then cook until crispy bottomed. Remove to a dish to cool then use as is. Or go cheesy... Into the hot pan place 2 tbsp grated cheese. Wait a sec or two until starting to melt then place one of your egg 'buns' on top. Once they're crispy and golden brown flip then warm the other side for a min or two. That's it! Perfect for anyone doing an #eggfast. I've gone for a slice of warmed up, leftover bacon wrapped meatloaf (yesterday's post), some homemade ranch and a little cholula. Ahmazing🍳!.

Lots of choc chips too. Promising 😍 -------------------------------------------- Taste - 👅 - Wonderfully oaty. Blueberry is a little synthetic. White chococolate chips are super creamy and prominent👍 --------------------------------------- Texture - Quite a lightly packed cookie, this was broken on opening though it's not too crumbly. Really thick again. Soft though not crumbly with a sugary cake mix like texture. Chocolate chips are noted with every mouthful. Looks the part but doesn't quite have that real cookie/butter density and consistency that it alludes to. Still hnnng though. 👌 --------------------------------------- Thoughts - Probably the most satiating cookie to date due to both texture & size. Fair value too and reasonable macros despite a slightly high sugar content. E pela primeira vez, li os rótulos, antes de colocar o alimento no carrinho, deixei de comprar muitas coisas, até aquelas que julgava menos ruim, o que fiquei mais impressionada, foi com umas iscas de tilapia, achava que era somente peixe já empanado, e ia trazer feliz da vida, quando na verdade era carne de peixe mecanicamente processada com monte de outras coisas, resumo de peixe, acho que nem o cheiro rsrsrs. . . . . Bei mir gibt es heute mal wieder Proteingrießbrei #breakfastforlunch 😍 Ich mache übrigens immer noch intermittierendes Fasten, nun schon seit fast genau 3 Wochen, und es geht mir nach wie vor sehr gut damit. Ich fühle mich überhaupt nicht eingeschränkt und kann es super in meinen Alltag integrieren - und den dringenden Wunsch, damit aufzuhören, hatte ich auch noch nicht. Day 4 on the juice. I find it remarkable how the body priorities healing certain areas of the body before others. This is why a symptom can disappear when drugs are used. Day 4 on the juice. I find it remarkable how the body priorities healing certain areas of the body before others. This is why a symptom can disappear when drugs are used. The body stops and focuses on the bigger threat. We are like onions, with layers of toxicity thats been built up since birth. Good morning. Once again it's super miserable in south jersey. Busted out my biggest @tervis for lots of coffee this morning and a little egg with cheese. I haven't been to the gym since I've had a cold. I feel way better today but I have a very long day. I'm going to attempt the gym but just in case I'm doing a @youtube arm workout before work.
