Tomorrow is international CHEST day so give this workout a try which was taken straight from the members section of my training site 👉🏻 www.sqfitness.com.au 🖥 - 1️⃣ Pre Exhaust: Cable Cross Overs 5 sets of 20 reps. - 2️⃣ HEAVY Incline Bench Press 4 sets of 8 - 10 reps. - 3️⃣ DB Flat Bench Press super set straight into plyometric clap push ups 4 sets until complete FAILURE (strict 60 second rest here b/w sets 🔥🔥). - 4️⃣Machine Press 4 sets of 8 - 10 reps with a 4 second SLOW count on the way down on each rep for some time under tension stuff. - 5️⃣DIPS 4 sets until complete failure (TIP: Lean right over to put more focus and isolation on your chest). - 6️⃣DB Incline INNER Chest Press (notice my palms are facing in) for 4 sets of 20 reps to FINISH 🔥🔥. - This is just 1 of the 650+ ready made workouts to try at 👉🏻 www.sqfitness.com.au. Just swinging around some 12kg Dumbbells in today's workout. The other day a work colleague said to me "wow saw you doing bicep curls for the first time".... lol I laughed in kindness & love, yes I do execute isolation work at least 1-2 times a week although it is not my base form of training. However, I do believe all forms of training have value.
The second one dedication post goes to my coach @xtremebbm It was the first time ever I had a chance to be coached in this scene of bodybuilding and pursuing a better stronger physique. At first it was really difficult to adjust so many things out of my training, dietary and cardio plans out of what I was always so used to do these many months and years. But slowly I relented and trusted his very experienced eyes and advice. Weeks after weeks my body changed, there were many ups and definitely many downs this 14weeks. There were many "voices" from people, many voices in my head. Many binging moments, where I lost it and dived into tubs after tubs of pineapple tarts. There were moments I lost sanity and cheated when I couldn't control my diet. As the final few weeks came I was very glad to have Xavier push me and to constantly guide me along. He was like a fatherly figure that always taught me the Whys before the Hows. Making sure understanding things was crucial instead of just doing them blindly. I couldn't believe this meal prep I also didn't depend on any ricecakes of sweet potatoes and extreme water dehydration everything was rather easy and all I depended on was white rice for my carb loading. #teamwhiterice As for my goals this competition all I wanted was to: Beat my condition last year, I did. Beat my placing last year, I did. And unexpectedly along the way, I made so much more unexpected accomplishments: I placed 1st in the my junior year category. I placed 1st with my team in the team event's category. The final UNEXPECTED sweet treat to end the day off was also to clinch the Men's Physique Junior OVERALL champion medal too. Which I truly felt I didn't deserve as there was someone else I felt who was better in my eyes. Long post bear with me guys:) Finally got a chance to update everyone on everything that has happened this weekend at the competition. Everything has been overwhelming and It's has been my privilege to have so many well wishes and friends to have came for this event! First post is dedicated to a bunch of friends and brothers that I've met in this amazing 14weeks journey. They say the strongest bonds are formed through toughest times and I'm sure this prep hasn't been easy for everyone of us. Meet #teamaresphysique headed by @xtremebbm who has very kindly groomed us to a really sick condition. Our team placed champions for @fm_league 's very first team event this year. Managing to sweep 50 out of 50votes from the judges! Would also like to thank fmleague and all the BHS crew for the amazing well run event! We did it guys we finally did it!
Grab a buddy and before you know it you have done over 8km! Walking is a great cardio workout on a empty stomach if you want to burn fat. It's also great for a active recovery day after a huge week of training .

End of the week check-in #5weeks before the big day! Currently sitting lean at 205lbs. Still looking full but this week I felt the calorie deficit, I feel hungry every hour. Hard, but I just have to stay consistent and take control of myself and stay on point with my program and diet.
