Incline bench press strength is getting better although my left arm lags behind horribly. Hoping to get this up to 185 for reps in a few weeks. Never realized it but I was leaving a good 4 inches of range of motion to touch bar to chest vs. using dumbbells. #fitness#instafit#strengthtraining

•why not you?• . Almost a year ago the question was asked to me…”Have you thought about coaching?” At first I doubted myself… . I’m busy.🤷🏽♀️ I have three kids.👦🏼👧🏼👧🏼 I’m a full time teacher.👩🏽🏫 I haven’t lost all the weight I want to loose.😳 I don’t know if I would be a great example to others.😏 I don’t have it all together! How could I help others?😜 . And then I prayed about this question. The Lord showed me right away what my answer was. YES. Why couldn’t I help others? Yes, I can coach others. Yes, I can balance it all. Yes, I can be a good example to others. Just trust HIM. 💗 . I am FAR from perfect…this shirt actually is the best description…BLESS THIS MESS. 😂But what is so great about my story and journey is that parts of it have been messy. I’ve been honest. I am not 100% on my nutrition everyday. I am human and let excuses get in the way. But I do push forward and refuse to give up. And I encourage all of my challengers of the same!👊🏼 . But now more than ever in my entire life I have the accountability that I was lacking. The best part of coaching is helping others with accountability! 💞Being apart of a community that is always supporting each other and helping others on their journeys has been the biggest blessing to my life. Pro tip: take advantage of sundays!!!! I love lazy sundays as much as the next, but I love an empty gym more! Killed back in record time and didn't even have to spend time modifying because of lack of access to machines 😊😊😊
Miracles do exist! Finally found some jeans that not only fit, but are soft and comfy (probably due to the fact they are mostly made up of spandex but shhh, who cares) hence the big ol smile on my face. Btw, my most recent obsession? Audible for Amazon, downloaded about 15 books and everytime I'm in my car, during commutes or while folding laundry in my room, I have something on. I find I don't always have time to sit down and read, so it's a great way to get some good "reading" done. Meal prep all set 😋 Took forever but worth it. Start night class again tomorrow so back to 18 hour days until June. Last semester so have to make sure I'm energized through out the long days so I can give it my all when I get to the city after work 💪 Here we go!!! 🏁
