All day breakfast pie This is a great recipe to throw together one evening with minimal effort and its real comfort food. This recipes serves two so of you're eating for one or more just adjust the recipe as needed. 4 chipolatas, sliced 4 rashers bacon, fat trimmed off and chopped 1 shallot, chopped 2/3 a tin of baked beans 2 tbsp Worcester sauce 2 cloves garlic, chopped 2 tbsp tomato puree 2 tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp oregano 3 sheets of filo pastry Pre heat oven to 180c and cut your pastry sheet in half to make 6 smaller sheets. Grease your tin with a little oil and lay three sheets on the bottom with a brushing of oil between each. Get the sausages in the pan until nearly cooked through and add the bacon, garlic and shallots. When they're good and cooked add everything else and stir through until hot. Place the mix in the tin and top it with three more pastry sheets. Cook in the oven for about 20-25 mins until the pastry browns. Serve with some green veggies and enjoy any time of the day.
