Learning to love my body, every step of the way 🙋🙏. After last weeks hiatus I feel like I've regressed a bit. Now ✋️, let's be honest, I'm known for body dysmorphia- so it could actually all be in my head, but I don't think it is... My stress from doing way too much has taken its toll on my body 😬😝. Not to worry though- cause I'm accepting myself, with a bit less energy and strength for today and knowing that it is okay and perfectly normal 💃🙏 Just had a session at he gym and am feeling super proud of myself for getting through a tough week and doing the absolute best I can ✨🌝.. Also- reminding myself, that for me, my journey is about health and not an 'end' result... So each and every day; be it rest day, mental health day, super productive everything day, is just as important as the last ❤❤❤ have a great week kiddos! I am so insanely proud of myself. I burned over 700 calories with my workout today. I probably wouldn't have been able to do it if I wasn't getting constant support from my amazing boyfriend. Sometimes we just need a little push and encouragement to do what we know we can do. Eight days til my dietbet weigh in and 4.5 pounds to go. I have this. I know I do.
