Untuk merubah pola makan sehat itu jangan hanya diniatkan saja, tapi dilaksanakan. Jangan pusing dulu sama bahan-bahan makanan nyayang kata nya susah dan mahal. Pilih aja bahan makanan yang gampang ditemuin sehari-hari di pasar, terus pelan-pelan mulai cari sayuran organik. Kalau awal nya gak bisa langsung mentah, yah dikukus aja dulu sayuran nya. Baru abis itu pelan-pelan belajar makan sayuran mentah. Kalau masih bingung juga sama dressing-dressing salad yang bahan-bahan nya gak ngerti, yah cocol sambal lalab aja dulu, pasti udah tau dong bikin sambal lalab, bisa divariasiin pake asam jawa atau tambah jeruk limau, udah enak tuh. Suka gemes sama temen yang selalu ngeluh kepingin mengganti pola makan sehat, tapi udah bilang duluan, makan sehat itu susah, ribet, mahal dan genak, dan langsung bilang “Saya Gak Bisa”.Hehehe kalau saya sih gak ada kamus Gak Bisa, pasti Bisa kalau saya sih, tinggal mau atau gak mau aja kok Hehehehe.  Ini menu makan siang saya, Raw salad dengan bahan-bahan yang murah dan mudah ditemuin : Wortel, buncis, slada keriting, slada romine, bengkoang, tomat. Buat protein nya ada tahu yang saya kukus dan farafel tempe yang bahan-bahan nya juga mudah, hanya tempe kukus, tepung (gluten free), Bombay,garam, seledri, jinten. Gampang bangett kaan. Dressing nya pake soy sauce, lemon, wijen, olive oil. Goodmorning🌸 ik heb een healthy tip voor degene onder ons die weleens te snel eten en daardoor te veel gaan eten. Je lichaam geeft namelijk pas na 20 minuten aan dat het vol zit en binnen die 20 minuten heb je waarschijnlijk alweer zo'n 10 keer die vork naar je mond toe gebracht. Hier komt mijn tip wat betreft een lunchwrap. Ik snijd de wrap in een heleboel kleine pinwheels. Zo houd ik mijzelf eigenlijk voor de gek. Het lijkt meer dan dat het voorheen was en doordat ik kleine hapjes neem duurt het langer voordat ik mijn eten op heb. Zo kan mijn lichaam op het juist moment aangeven dat ik vol zit. 😘

Confession: I just devoured my lunch for breakfast 🙈 This #cauliflowercrust pizza recipe is to diiie for and super easy to make (or teach, if someone else is making your food): 1. Grate 1 head of cauliflower, steam/boil it then remove all the water and stick it in the fridge until its completely cool. 2. Remove the cauliflower from the fridge, mix in 1 egg and 1 cup of fresh parmesan cheese (not your extra processed prepackaged stuff), and seasoning/herbs of your choice 3. Spread the mix onto your lightly coconut-oiled pan and stick it in the oven until the edges start turning golden. 4. Take out your crust, top it with your pre-cooked toppings and cheese, and stick it back in the oven until the top layer of cheese melts. 5. Devour your pizza Btw, you can't even taste the cauliflower!  #youcanthankmelater

Quinoa beet burger with creamy avocado mint sauce and spicy sweet potato fries @caiirose No monday blues with this massive burger for lunch 😁😁 Recipe patties: 2 cups cooked beetroot, 1 cup cooked quinoa, 1 cup oat flour, 1 chia egg, 1 small red onion (chopped), 2 garlic cloves, juice 1 lime, 1tbsp liquid coconut oil, 1 cup fresh herbs (I used mint & coriander ), 1 tbsp tamari, 1tbsp tahini, 1 tsbp nutritional yeast, 1 tbsp ground coriander, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp chili flakes, salt & pepper to taste.

Mais voilà à force d'y penser trop souvent je ne suis pas bien dans ma peau et j'aimerais changer ça !🤔 Alors hors de questions de se mettre à tout ces régimes draconiens qui au final te font reprendre plus de poids que tu n'as réussis à en perdre ! 👿👎🏼 Mais cela demande aussi des sacrifices donc on oublie les sucreries ! 😱🙈 J'ai besoin de partager cela pour me donner plus de courage , alors tout ceux ou celles qui veulent se joindre ou oseulement suivre même donner des conseils sont les bienvenus ! 😘  Pour ce premier repas nous partirons sur des œufs brouillés et une salade de tomates . Facile et rapide ajoutez y des oignons rouges ! Cela demande très peu de matières grasses, très peu de temps et très bon marché .
