Workout done, and then I enjoyed some yogurt for the FIRST TIME EVER! • I've always wanted to like yogurt but I had a hard time finding some that was not only dairy free, but had a good sugar/protein ratio! • This is plain, almond milk yogurt (Silk brand, found at Target). It was 6g protein, 6g sugar, so I mixed in some vanilla protein powder to make the sugar/protein ratio better! • This brand had a strawberry flavor that had 17g of sugar and only 5g of protein!! Be sure to check labels, healthy food can sometimes be packed with sugar!
What a start into the day! Woke up with rain and did some yoga, then the sun came out (sun salutations always work! 😉) and hiked up the mountain to enjoy this amazing view on Ollantaytambo's inka ruins. 😍 Now I'm having a mango porridge and will head deeper into the sacred valley to Machu Picchu. #peru#vallesagrado#nature

Me and my Hubby Wayne, July 2015. We realised we had slowly started gaining our weight again (joined SW in 2013 Lost 8st between us) after having our 3rd baby Harry and thought we'd be able to loose without rejoining SlimmingWorld. 18 months later I managed to loose around 7lbs, We both realised we needed to Rejoin!! I used to carry a huge gym bag. I broke it down to the essentials (Chest Day) 1.) @beatsbydre If I'm working out alone I have to have music 🎶 2.) @mbslingshot Gangsta wraps. I broke my wrist/hand less then a year ago. I need the stability they provide 3.) @mbslingshot Strong elbow sleeves. I have reoccurring tendinitis in my left elbow. They Definitely help with that 4.) @mbslingshot Sling shot. Whenever I'm going heavy I use it to get some extra reps 5.) Chalk! I absolutely hate gloves. I want to feel the bar in hands 🖐🏽 I can't tell if I have a good grip or not with gloves 6.) @chapstick I spread my lips when I strain 😬 I did it once with chapped lips and cracked the shit out them! 🤕 7.) Last but least @cottonelle flushable wipes! Sometimes that pre workout meal or protein shake calls you to the throne in the middle of your session.
