Happy Sunday! 🌞 Its such a beautiful sunny morning but unfortunately I will spend my day making the journey back to school. My last breakfast at home for a while is blueberry banana oats topped with banana coins, buckwheat, hemp seeds, and more blueberries (also with peanut butter post pic of course 😉) I think Sundays should be a day for relaxing and preparing for the week to come. No where near as awesome as yours but I'm tryin'. -  I used @heb blendables powerhouse smoothie fruit mix and their texas grown oats, a banana, an avocado, @bluediamond unsweetened almond milk, ashwaganda powder (having very anxious/nervous energy today but I can't figure out why😕) and I topped it with @heb organics pumpkin seeds, @navitasnaturals cacao nibs and goji berries, @nutiva raw shelled hemp seeds, @mammachia chia seeds, @wild_friends chocolate coconut peanut butter, dragon fruit, raspberries and some crema. - Whooot! I always feel like, somebody's watching me. 3am breakfast happiness. For the past week I've barely gotten out my house for a short walk or forced myself to go to work. I've been living on all the bland foods and ginger tea. At times I thought I was getting better then immediately felt more pain. I've avoided all intense asana and have only managed to do a few light flows here and there. I have no idea what happened to me but can only explain it as food poisoning followed by a rough resurfacing of acid reflux disease and IBS. It's times like these when I forget how sick I used to be. I forget that eating vibrant foods contributes to my positive attitude. I forget that my yoga practice really has made me a better person. I've been so bitchy and cranky this week that I've tried to avoid lots of human contact.  This is just a reminder that where ever you are in your journey, there will be set backs. There will be times that you can't get out of bed or when you can't eat all the right foods and that's ok. I value my lifestyle and my health because I know that for the first time  in a week I've finally been feeling little to no pain. And, for the first time in a week...I may actually start bending the way I normally do.  Everything passes...the trick is to not take anything for granted.  Thank you to every single one of you for your sweet comments...they mean a lot to me❤👌😍

I can accept criticism, in fact I will invite it... but I don't accept insults and assumptions.  It is some kind of shock to some people that at the gym I keep to myself and I wear clothes that don't show any skin, but online I have posted pictures of myself that puts a lot of emphasis on my physique. --neither one defines me.  When I go to the gym, I am there to WORK. I will talk to you if you come to talk to me, otherwise I will barely make eye contact because that's my time to really focus. But you will never see me go to the gym in just a little sports bra and short shorts.  I don't post pictures hoping to get a lot of attention. I post them for those people that have personally told me how much I have motivated them to go to the gym.  Don't try to figure out my personality through my posts or from what you see at the gym, because I promise you will be wrong. I'm actually a very funny and sarcastic person, but I'm very introverted so I won't be in anyone's face. I realize that I can come off as very intimidating, but once people get to know me, they realize that I'm the opposite of that.  I'm not trying to defend myself here, but I know that a lot of people don't really know me, so I wanted to clear up a few things. Toss the chicken with enough barbecue sauce to coat. Season with salt and pepper. (Chicken mixture can be heated under the broiler if you want it warm.) Pile the lettuce into a shallow serving bowl. Sunday Morning Vibes🙈🙈.. After being on break from work for ten days, taking a mini vacation for three days, attending social events, sneaking in a few dates and just living life- I'm done! My body is literally craving fresh vegetables and fruit and antsy to move and get some good workouts in🙌🏼. The past two-three months though have been the same story. So many things going on and on days that there weren't- there was exhaustion from being up at night or anxiousness from being stuck in all day- all leading to poor eating choices or overdoing it even when eating healthfully. Pregnancy was a walk in the park- postpartum weight loss- easy & back in my clothes within two weeks. Real life balance as a full-time mother- challenging! I'm not telling you guys this to rant but to keep it real. I'm not one of those girls who can eat what I want and be naturally slim. My body tends to naturally curve more and there's nothing wrong with that- as long as you feel* good. And I personally feel good after I get in a good sweat sesh. I feel good after I eat to satisfaction and not to stuffing.. Looking forward to doing a good food shopping today and also looking into some good workouts. T25, Beach Body- Anyone have any good recommendations for me to get into for days when I can't get out. My treadmill is good but I want great. Let me know. And for anyone struggling- I'm here. I feel you. You don't need Monday to start. You can start any time, any day. Let how you feel lead you- not how you look. When you feel good you will be happier with your appearance (if that's your struggle). It all follows suit. Have a Happy Sunday All❤️
