The BEST breakfast of my life!!!! No, seriously 😳. I didn't think I liked croissants, but apparently I love legit ones ☺️. If you're ever in #rome you MUST come to Santeo! Our favorite things were the prosciutto and brie croissant (warm bread from the oven 🤤), the brownie & the cannolini. A huge thanks to Justin's friend, Brandon, for recommending this gem!!! . Now off on a day of sightseeing to walk it all off 😉!

Feeling really dehydrated this morning so starting the day with a raspberry smoothie bowl topped with homemade granola, flaked almonds & cacao nibs 😍 with so many new healthy superfoods I sometimes feel we can sometimes forget the original beautiful healthy foods like raspberries which are definitely a super food too and are absolutely amazing for your vitamin intake - eating just one cup of raspberries provides over 50% of your vitamin C intake so in a big bowl like this I've already got my daily needs done! Have a lovely day 💕 RECIPE 1 banana, 1.5 cups of raspberries, 1 cup of almond milk, handful ice, 1 tbsp @pipandnut, 2 tbsp @abbot_kinneys coconut yoghurt - put all into a blender and top with 0.5 cups of raspberries, cacao nibs & granola!

It keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints. ⠀ ⠀ 2. Ever feel super sore after your workouts? All the heavy lifting and #yoga lately and my body is loving it. See those baby #abs popping? I still have lose skin, but slowly they are making a comeback. I stopped eating cake and ice cream every night and it's made all the difference! No surprise there of course, but mentally I'm feeling better too. (Not as reactive since being off refined sugar) of course I have my bad days, like yesterday, but I'm happy to report I'm on top of my mental health and anxiety and look forward to meeting with a therapist each week.
