You have to be honest with yourself when it comes to not getting the results that you were expecting or hoping for. Are you really following the plan? Or are you going through the motions just winging it? The nutrition plan that I teach in my Challenge Group is very simple. You have containers for all the different food groups, you have a list of foods that go in each container, you have an outline of how many containers you can eat through out the day (you even have an app to keep track) and then you do it.
