Happy Hunpday🐪💕 So after 6 weeks of waiting to hear from the hospital about my eye. They FINALLY contacted me yesterday to ask me to attend an appointment today 🙌🏾. Weeks ago I researched my options for repairing the hole in my eye so that I am mentally prepared. Obviously I know they won't do anything today 😒. But i just want to get it over and done with. ANYWAYYY I am looking forward to this afternoon✨ - Woke up this morning craving salmon fish fingers and sweet corn 😂. The thought of porridge wasn't appealing. AT ALL!!! Instead I had 2 bananas and Water - This is a close up of the inside of the salmon fish fingers I made yesterday 😍😍😍😍. Everything in life is a choice. How you react to any situation, positive or trying, is your choice. Your attitude is a choice. Whether you are present to a moment, is a choice. Being open and kind to others is a choice. Falling in love, is a choice. Shutting people off - choice. * It's all dictated by an internal reasoning of some sort - what you know and feel; your internal dialogue and repeat patterns. You can control these, and choose to change them at any time. * Some choices are harder than others and timing will always play a part in everything. * But whether you accept your feelings as they are and will be, or opt to battle and struggle against them, causing inner turmoil, is entirely up to you. Not all feelings are good, sure, but they must be accepted equally as part of who you are. All is still controlled by choice. * I often choose to actively slow down in my home practice, and try to enjoy poses fully or for longer. I play around and stay present to how my body feels and reacts. I dictate my practice along the avenue of balancing what I feel, what I need, and what I want. Is that related to anything said above?
