Off to a good day! Started my workout with HiiT cardio (as part of a 4 week routine!) and then did upper body and abs to finish up. I didn't focus on any specific area of my arms today, as I kind of just felt like doing whatever I wanted 🙈 I did each of these exercises 3x - 4x each! I wish I would've been able to use the 30lb bar, but someone was using it my entire workout 😭 next time !!
