Are you in front of a computer most the day? Combined with constantly being on our phones, our wrist extensor muscles can become chronically tight and stressed potentially leading to wrist and/or elbow issues in the long term. Here is a simple stretch you can do to relieve tension in these muscles . . 🔷Hold your arms straight out in front of you with the back of your hands facing each other . 🔷Cross one hand over the top of the other and interlace your fingers . 🔷The hand on top, is the forearm we are stretching . 🔷Use the underneath hand to pull the hand back and up towards you - you MUST keep the arm you are stretching locked STRAIGHT . 🔷Perform twice daily, 2 x 30s each side . . #velvetsteel ✌✌✌
