I normally don't post full body shots of myself, but today I decided to share my journey. Two years ago I reached my heaviest weight of 260lbs. My health issues and overall frustration made it worse. My diet plan wasn't working, no matter which products I tried. I started looking for other solutions and researching new products. After sampling a few products, I found something amazing that made me feel fantastic! From the first week, I had a renewed energy and lost 7lbs in the first six days. I had the energy to go to the gym and the motivation to keep it up. This morning, the scale smiled at me and said welcome to 215lbs. I got ready for the gym and decided to take a photo. Crushed another workout this week! And hit my goal of 4 workouts this week and it's only Thursday! Definitely productive this week. It's easy to push play when your rocking out to country 🎶! Doesn't feel like a workout at all!

Happy National Popcorn Day🍿🍿 . . I don't think I'll be able to have any popcorn today but here's a throwback from when I snuck in my own popcorn toppings to watch Office Christmas Party in theatres! It was hilarious and my popcorn was yummy without lots of sodium of salt or butter 🙌🙌 . .
I love how calisthenics and yoga can be so complimentary to train together. The strength building is in such similar areas. Today, I tried jumping from crow to plank - working hard on shoulder stability. Do a bunch of these in a row and you'll certainly feel your core!
