This one wasn't easy, but it's done. I don't think my legs are fully recovered from my PR on Saturday, and I was really struggling to get them to turnover faster. I hit my paces other than the second 400 @ mile pace 🙈, but I redeemed myself by hitting both 400s @ 10K pace perfectly 🙌🏻 #tracktuesday#runitfast#speedwork
