Day #3 of our "GET MOVING" Challenge 🏋🏼♀️ Resistance training Moving your body against opposite force using resistance such as bands, gravity or your own body weight, brilliant for toning muscles and endurance. We challenge you to add in resistance training into your fitness routine, it is all about trying something new! Examples might be planks, crunches, pushups, lunges and squats... or the dreaded burpees, love 'em or hate 'em they work to wake up those muscles. My #transformationtuesday to close the night😊 In both my weight is 50Kg!🙄 Left pic: just started to incorporate weights to my training after almost 2yrs and 1/2 without doing any type of excercise. I felt tired all the time and I wasn't sleeping very good. Right pic: happier version same weight, more weight training plus cardio and seeing food as fuel not reward, meaning, I eat what my body needs not always what it wants which is taking me closer and closer to reaching my goals💪 I'll leave you with this quote: "A dimond is a chunk of coal that did well under pressure" -Henry Kissinger. Past three months of bulking has gone well, over the next month I will be cutting down from around 155 to 145ish, then bulking back up from March-May to around 165, before cutting down to 140 for the #lendamurrayclassic
