Definitely had the most brutal leg day in a while today. There were no restrictions for me on my #birthday weekend. I ate and drank (emphasis on the drank) and really rang in my 22nd year right. But it didn't all go to waste! I don't miss any days in the gym and push myself 110% every time. I'm having so much fun creating my workouts and switching it up regularly so my body is almost always in a state of soreness. I'll be cleaning up my diet and holding off on the alcohol for a while now because I'm craving a serious detox, haha. Gotta keep some sort of #balance .
