I'm a very outgoing person. I'll literally talk to anyone about almost anything. I try to stay as open and honest as possible to inspire people on the same path as me. There is one topic I usually shy away from, and I'm hoping if I open up more about this, maybe I won't struggle as hard. October 2015 was the first time I started talking to family and friends about my eating disorders. How much I struggle, how hard it was becoming to eat let alone keep the food in my belly. And I did really good for the next few months.. but slowly slipped back into the dark little world. And on and off for the past year and half have been struggling with ED's. Starving myself then binging, or not eating all day because I'm getting on the scale tomorrow, killing myself with cardio because that's how I see fast results. And would I absolutely see a loss on the scale, but I still always hated how I looked, no matter how small I became and I was so incredibly unhealthy. This is my first honest go around with losing weight the right way. I still struggle all the time with eating and I still slip up but I'm finally on the right path. Just setting up to do laterals. My shoulders have always been naturally easy to put mass onto, but I love doing super sets and drop sets to really fatigue the muscle. What's your favourite way of training shoulders?
